Arrival/ Dismissal
ARRIVAL
All students enter via the building through the school yard entrance located on 132nd avenue beginning at 7:30 a.m.
Please Note: This entrance will close promptly at 8:05 a.m. sharp! All students who arrive at school after 8:05 a.m. MUST enter through the doors on 218th street (NOT THE MAIN ENTERANCE). This entrance will remain open until 9:00a.m. and all students who enter after 8:05 a.m. will be marked LATE. By their teacher.
Students shall not enter the building through the main entrance doors between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 9:00a.m. under any circumstances.
DISMISSAL
Unless otherwise noted, students will be dismissed promptly at 2:20p.m. Please be on time to pick up your child. Please note that other than the event of an emergency, any parents attempting to pick up their child between 1:45p.m. and 2:20 p.m. will be asked to wait until dismissal.
Students will dismiss in the school yard daily, weather conditions permitted, promptly at 2:20 p.m.
Only those individuals named on the Emergency Cards may pick up a child.
Students not picked up on time will be escorted to the cafeteria. Parents must enter through the doors on 218th street to the cafeteria and sign out their child.
ONLY students in grades 3-5 may walk home unaccompanied. Signed documentation MUST be submitted to the school beforehand. Please see the main office for the form.
